We’re brewing again, Bulimba!
It has been a minute, but the kettle is fired up, fresh beer is back in tank, and there is no stopping us now.
After a long road, a lot of hard work, plenty of lessons, and more than a few emotional moments along the way, we are proud to say that Fuel Brewing Co is brewing again at 41 Oxford Street, Bulimba.
This next chapter is about getting back to what Fuel was always meant to be: fresh, independent beer brewed locally, right here in the heart of Bulimba. Beer made on site, served fresh across the bar, and available to take home in cans straight from the brewery.
Our next batch will be packed towards the end of May and will be available both on tap and in 375ml cans from the brewery.
One of my personal favourite beer styles is Pacific Ale, made famous in Australia by Stone & Wood. Our version is tasting amazing… it’s fresh, tropical, easy-drinking, and with a little Fuel kick to make it our own.
I also want to personally say a huge thank you to my great friend and mentor, Richard Hudson from Hudson Brewing Co, for helping me find my way back into brewing and for showing me the ropes again. His support, knowledge and generosity have meant the world.
A massive shout out also goes to Kate Stuart, who has been there every step of the way brewing beside me as we look ahead to building a new Fuel core range and regular limited releases.
We have a lot planned: fresh lager & pale core beers by end of May, limited releases, all new cans, taproom pours, and a renewed focus on making Fuel Brewing Co a true local brewery again.
Thanks for sticking with us.
We’re back brewing in Bulimba.
…and we’re only just getting started.
Jay
