At Fuel, we honour that tradition with our 48-hour slow-rise dough, naturally fermented for rich, complex flavour and hand-stretched to perfection.

At Fuel, we don’t rush the good stuff. Our pizza dough takes 48 hours to rise, rest, and do its thing, just like they’ve done it in Italy for generations.

It’s how we get that light, chewy base with real depth of flavour. Good dough needs time. And we’re here to fuel the process.
