Welcome to Fuel Brewing Co., Bulimba’s independent brewery and wood-fired pizzeria, fuelling good times since 2017. From the founder of Revel Brewing Co. comes our next chapter — a new name, a new fire, the same love for community, flavour, and good vibes. We’re all about fresh, locally brewed beer, handmade Neapolitan-style pizza crafted with our 48-hour slow-rise dough, and genuine hospitality. Whether you’re catching up with mates, grabbing a family meal, or bringing the dog along for a laid-back afternoon, we’re here to Fuel Your Fire — one slice and one pint at a time.

Fuelled by Beer - Brewing Again Soon
Beer is in our blood, and we can’t wait to fire up the brewhouse again! We’re currently working through a few building issues (thanks, rogue tree roots impacting our internal slab!), but plans are already underway to reinstall our full brewing system and start brewing on-site again soon. In the meantime, our beers are still brewed just up the road, and we’re having a blast collaborating with some of our favourite local breweries on small-batch limited releases. It’s an exciting chapter for us, and we can’t wait to pour you something fresh from our Bulimba FUEL TANKS soon!

Fuelled by Pizza - The Pizza Obsession
If there’s one thing we’re just as passionate about as beer, it’s pizza. Our kitchen is fired by tradition, flavour, and flames. Serving up authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas made with 48-hour slow-rise dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and the freshest ingredients we can find. It’s the kind of pizza that’s all about balance, simplicity, and soul. Whether you’re into a classic Margherita or something bold and unexpected, we believe nothing pairs better with a local pint than a hot, handmade slice straight from the fire.
